While people often connect this food to seduction, it is bad for the libido because it has the nutrients that affect your aromatase and, therefore, the potential to lower testosterone levels.

Coffee

Its high levels of caffeine can increase your anxiety levels. This can leave you in a mood that isn’t conducive to sex.

Diet soda

They are full of artificial sweeteners like aspartame, which can directly affect the body’s serotonin levels. This has a direct affect on your mood.
