The mouth is called as the gateway to the body. Tooth Is a very small part of the body. However, the use of teeth is far more precise than any other organ in the body. Most people forget that dental health is very important. Proper dental care is essential for maintaining the overall health of the body. Strong and untreated teeth are the foundations of dental health. The teeth are very important because not only they provide a smile but also helps to chew food items.  Sugar and excess quantities of sugars and soda affect the health of teeth. Another reason for the tooth and dehydration is the lack of habit of washing your mouth properly. Skewing of teeth is likely to lead to dehydration and other germs. The enamel on your teeth is the hardest and most highly mineralized substance in your body. It covers the outer layer of each tooth and it is the most visible part of the tooth. Plaque is a sticky biofilm that develops on teeth as a result of the bacteria that naturally live in the mouth. In dentistry, calculus or tartar is a form of hardened dental plaque. It is caused by precipitation of minerals from saliva and gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) in plaque on the teeth.  Tartar can make it harder to brush and floss as you should. This can lead to cavities and tooth decay. These can be removed only with the help of specialized dentists. The presence of foods containing sugar contains placards that produce acids and protects the mineral structure of the teeth through these acids. Sugar is like a magnet for bad bacteria. The two destructive bacteria found in the mouth are Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus sorbrinus.

Both of them feed on the sugar you eat and form dental plaque, which is a sticky, colorless film that forms on the surface of the teeth. If the plaque is not washed away by saliva or brushing, the environment in the mouth becomes more acidic and cavities may start to form.

How to Get rid of Plaque

Eating, apple or watermelon after food can help prevent Plaque and bleeding gums.  If you have spicy food in your diet, they stimulate saliva glands, thus excess saliva is produced. As Saliva ‘is anti-bacterial, they naturally purify the mouth, However, after food cleaning the teeth will help to remove the masala stains on teeth.  Flossing is another technique for removing debris from your teeth.

In addition, drinking water is also contained, Fluoride. Fluoride in toothpaste protects the enzyme in our teeth so that it can prevent tooth decay.
