There Is a small saying coming from a south Indian movie, “Hope can save person dwelling in cancer whereas fear can destroy a man just suffering from ulcer”. Due to the serious outbreak in coronavirus, the world is under threat and to liberate oneself from this, they have to carry out their responsibility well with a positive attitude. This goes a long way.
Coming from a society of believers, traders, businessmen, artists or religious negativity is still all around us. The worse thing about negativity is it is contagious and controls our actions with a beset of non-existing emotions such as:
Fear of losing
Fear of status
Fear of false ego…
You name it and it tries to proceed in everything around us.
Take over the hinges!
Internet is far big a platform to evaluate what is true and what is not. Not everything said goes into the pocket of facts and vice versa. Social media is mot certainly filled with the frauds, trolls and complaints making way for the negativity to go viral.
It crosses the margin of reality and gives a false notion that you’re making friends and expanding the horizon to reach for personal life. The immediate neighbour or be it your immediate circle of friends all have myths, complaints and various other problem to deal when it comes to you.
But, if you have a family that is supportive enough for you to face your challenges and warm you up through the bad days, you are already blessed.
Clearing out your feeds and followers list is a great way to create a more positive platform. Social media can be something that pulls you up and makes you feel great, but it might also need a little cultivating and pruning first.
Negativity, the demon!
Notice how you cling to hobbies that you might enjoy instead “cling” to it just because of the heck it. This often is the phase of change and acceptance where people control their happiness and deprive themselves of growth.
Growth is in absolute pain!
This doesn’t ask us to sit and dread overnight. Accept what is. The real sense of relief comes from not hiding or retrieving from but from accepting it.
Continuing to be in friends with friends that aren’t really friends at all. Turning against yourself and your intuition can develop self-raised consequences.
All of this negativity can ruin your mood, and even put a big dent in your confidence and mental health. Fortunately, you don’t have to just put up with it. You can get rid instead.
Look at Real-Life Relationships
It’s not just people online that bring us down. You might have real-life relationships that are making you unhappy or even depressed. In extreme cases, you may need to leave an abusive relationship or get a cheap divorce, but sometimes talking to your partner about how they are making you feel can help.
Friendships can be just as detrimental. If you’ve got friends and family members that are only ever critical, that cancels on you all of the time, or that otherwise makes you feel bad, and talking to them doesn’t help, reduce contact.
If you’re looking to meet new like-minded positive people, consider volunteering — it’s not only a great life practice, but it’s a great way to surround yourself with happier attitudes.
Bring a change at your work desk
We don’t all love our jobs. We don’t all have careers that we’ve always dreamt of, or do things that make us feel fantastic. Unfortunately, many people work to get by, and that doesn’t always allow for dreams coming true.
But that doesn’t mean that you have to be unhappy at work. You should still enjoy your days, and you shouldn’t dread going into work. If you do, perhaps it’s time to speak to your manager, look at some changes, and even consider a new role.
We have all met that one annoying co-worker who acts like a Negative Nancy, or that acquaintance who bears a striking resemblance to bring you down. While you know this type of people are no fun to be around, what you might not realize is that they can actually have incredibly negative effects on your health and success.
Look out for the false facts!
The news can be overwhelming and horrible. It can also be confusing if you are getting the same story from different sources. So, try to find a source that you trust and stick with them.
The effects are also drastic. Research has shown that even a small amount of negative brain activity can lead to a weakened immune system, making you more prone to illness, and even lead to a heart attack or a stroke.
Diets are inherently negative and not losing weight alone. By going on an extreme diet, you are telling yourself that you aren’t good enough. Stay away from strict diets or big changes, and instead focus on small, sustainable changes to your lifestyle if you want to lose weight or get healthier.
