Your overall health depends on getting enough sleep every night. Your mental and physical health relies on good sleep. To keep your entire system in alignment, properly energized and healed, you need to get your sleep. A poor night’s sleep every now and then is no big deal, but if it’s a frequent occurrence, it can be harmful to your health.
