Shrimps Eggs Or Chicken, Avocado Has It All Set For You!

Apart from being known as the king of Instagram, this fruit has far nutritional values than it trends for in social media. Knowing that it is a source of protein, that of good fat neutralizes your hormonal imbalances. Oh, common already they not only add to your taste buds but also serve as summer thunder as a fresh coolant to the body.

We could go on and on about our king of Instagram . . .

1] You could serve it as a spread on your sandwich. Better yet you can make it bitter, sweet or spicy with the extra ingredients you add to it. Your avocado is all that source of food that can be eaten in many ways.

2] Next, serve yourselves an avocado a day. Don’t worry about the fat, this is cholesterol free and contains 1g of saturated fat.

3] Serve it on the morning toasts by sprinkling pepper and salt. Better yet add the sliced tomatoes and serve a spoon of lemon juice. It is all yours to bite it.

4] Crush the crispy and tangy nachos with the smashed Avocado and add pomegranate seeds. Add sun-dried tomatoes and  either add maple syrup on top or little vinegar on top to serve best choice of taste.

5] Bruschetta Chicken Stuffed Avocados, sounds yummy? Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Arrange prepared avocado halves onto a plate with fresh basil leaves. Spoon the Bruschetta filling into each avocado halve and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

6] Basil Avocado Shrimp Salad Wraps: Grease a large skillet over medium heat with cooking spray. Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and no longer opaque, 2 minutes per side. Set aside and let cool. Make the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, basil, vinegar, oil, and paprika and season with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, avocados, and basil. Fold in shrimp. Pour marinade over shrimp salad and toss until coated. Store shrimp salad in the fridge in a resealable container. Serve in lettuce cups when ready to eat.

7] Bacon Guac Bombs: In a large bowl, combine all guacamole ingredients. Stir until mostly smooth (some chunks are OK) and season with salt and pepper. Place in the refrigerator to firm up slightly, 30 minutes.
Place crumbled bacon on a large plate. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop guacamole mixture and place in bacon. Roll to coat in bacon. Repeat until all guacamole and bacon is used. Store in refrigerator.
